Eligibility criteria:
- Graduate (2023) or master student;
- Solid theoretical training: graduation average minimum 8:00;
- Very good knowledge of English; the German language is an advantage;
- Involvement in various projects during the years of study or special awards in the academic field is an advantage;
- Very good communication skills;
- Responsibility and quality orientation;
- Personal initiative and proactive attitude.
Projects in Development Center:
1. Motion Controller for Electric Drives:
Description:
A software driver for electric motor position control, that can interface with DC and stepper motors.
Requirements (Must have):
- C/C++ knowledge
- Understanding of electronic circuits
- Basic knowledge of DC and stepper motors.
- Control loops. Position sensors.
What the student will learn/obtain (Results):
- Embedded C++ programming
- Real-time control of electrical actuators. Closed-loop and open-loop position control.
- Working with development kits
- Agile way of working
2. Miele Mobile Testing
Description:
The student will take part in different kind of activities inside the Miele Mobile App testing team:
- Participate in manual test case creation and execution on different testing phases (ex: integration, system test)
- Create and run automated test cases for different modules of Miele Mobile application
Requirements (Must have):
- Basic software testing knowledge
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge (for automated tests, ex: python)
What the student will learn/obtain (Results):
- Agile way of working
- Knowledge of different tools and procedures used in mobile software testing
- Knowledge of automated and manual testing techniques
Projects in Global IT:
3. Design for User Experience in APPME
Description:
UI/UX applications:
Help customers regarding the use of UI/UX tools, and assist with IT security questions.
Requirements (Must have):
- Good English Skills/Nice to have German Skills
- Soft skills (good communication skills)
- Proactive& Reliable
- Self-organized / time management
What the student will learn/obtain (Results):
- Agile way of working
- Service Now
- Jira/Confluence (Atlassian tools)
- Tools like Zeplin, Figma
4. Application Support & Consulting in APPME
Description:
- Classifying and assignment of Support Cases to div. FA-Teams
- Basic Support of Customers (consulting etc.)
- Communication with Customers and FA-Teams reg.
- Scope of Support Cases (basic and advanced SCs) and Deliverables
- Monitoring of progress: TAS/APPME-Issue
Requirements (Must have):
- Good English Skills/ Nice to have German Skills
- Proactive &Reliable

- ITIL methodology

Projects in Local IT:
5. Digitalization with Microsoft Power Platform
Description:
MPP is a powerful tool for digitalization to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Implement Power Platform locally, guide users to act on, and automate the data to digitally transform businesses using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, the project is dedicated to applications used in office/production areas
Requirements (Must have):
- Basic knowledge of structured databases
- Willingness to learn new things
- Teamwork
- Interest in could services: Azure, Microsoft 365
- Confluence
- Time management
What the student will learn/obtain (Results):
Basic knowledge about Power Platform apps, developing low-code solutions, SQL, intrafactory system, Active Directory, Agile way of working
