What is Global Graduate Program?

• The goal: to develop the right skills to kick start your Industrial Engineering career, to gain work experience in a foreign country and to challenge you to sharpen your interests;
• The structure: For 18 months you will travel to different 3 Vitesco Technologies locations worldwide, the first stopping point being in Brasov;
• Who is dedicated for: students (Bachelor/Master) that are graduating during the summer of 2023, or for candidates with no more than 2 years of experience, that are looking for an entry position in a multi-cultural company;

• Track the project progress, define corrective measures if deviating from the plan;
• Perform risk assessments;
• Industry 4.0 cooperation with data mining team;
• Install and perform professional change management;
• Layout planning and strategy;
• Help build up a supportive culture of cooperation and team work with the project;
• Ensure compliance to the Business Unit's processes;

What we are looking for?

Mandatory requirements:

• A student/graduate of Master/Bachelor in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive – final year of studies, graduating in Summer 2023;
• Practical experience through Internships or Summer Practice;
• Previous experience in studying, internship or living abroad – eg. Erasmus+ and/or Work & Travel;
• Analytical thinking, attention to details;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Communication, teamwork & networking skills;
• Highly adaptive and proactive person;
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office 365 Package, incl. Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Additional Requirements (considered to be an advantage):

• Power electronics or electric machine control knowledge and experience;
• Power BI skills and experience;
• German Language Skills;
• Entrepreneurship thinking;
• Out-off the box thinking;
