What is Global Graduate Program?

• The goal: to develop the right skills to kick start your Controlling career, to gain work experience in a foreign country and to challenge you to sharpen your interests;
• The structure: For 18 months you will travel to different 3 Vitesco Technologies locations worldwide, the first stopping point being in Brasov;
• Who is dedicated for: students (Bachelor/Master) that are graduating during the summer of 2023, or for candidates with no more than 2 years of experience, that are looking for an entry position in a multi-cultural company;

Are you up for the challenge?

Then let’s talk about what YOU will do:

• Support for collecting and providing input data for budget and forecasts;
• Offer support for digitalization and automatization of controlling processes and reports;
• Obtain knowledge about SAP setup and reports: Cost Centers (including hierarchy maintenance), Assessment cycles, COPA cycles, social benefits, tariffs calculation, statistical keys and activity types;
• Learn RACE reporting and upload Forecast, Actual, Plan processes;
• Initiate in SAP closing central tasks: settlements, activity types, etc.;
• Support for controlling, preparing special reports and providing solutions for management in order to reach the BU's productivity and turnover targets.

What we are looking for?

Mandatory requirements:

• Master/Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance & Economics or comparable financial fields – final year of studies, graduating in Summer 2023;
• Advanced Excel knowledge;
• Practical experience through Internships or Summer Practice;
• Previous experience in studying, internship or living abroad – eg. Erasmus+ and/or Work&Travel;
• Experience in digitalization solutions for Finance & Controlling;
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken);
• Communication, teamwork & networking skills;
• Highly adaptive and proactive person;

Additional Requirements (considered to be an advantage):

• Understanding different foreign cultures;
• Knowledge about automotive sector;
• German Language Skills;
• Entrepreneurship thinking;
• Out-off the box thinking;
• Company reporting tools knowledge (Power BI, SAC Analytics);
